Six months of structured, cohort-based researcher development.
The CTS Researcher Development Scheme (RDS) provides research degree students with ongoing development beyond the traditional workshop or one-off intervention.
Through a structured six-month experience, researchers access guided learning, practical skills development, expert mentoring, accountability and a supportive peer community.
The program complements existing university provision while giving researchers continuity and space to develop across the broader dimensions of their research journey.
